Refund policy

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by NUTRI-BODIES within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept returns on closeout or discontinued items. Other restrictions may apply.

To return your product for a refund, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #). Any returns that are sent to NUTRI-BODIES without an RA # may be refused and sent back to the shipper, at the shipper's expense. All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the client. Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner, except with the original manufacturer's labels. Once we issue an RA #, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In the case of damages, please retain all packaging material for inspection by the shipping carrier.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
