Energy supplements are not created equal. Some may cause anxiousness or nervousness, and many include petroleum-derived dyes, synthetic flavors, and GI-problematic artificial sweeteners. In contrast, GO-2 is formulated to provide a smooth, steady energy boost with a blend that contains all-natural colors, flavors, and sweeteners.* Each serving of GO-2 is loaded with B-complex vitamins, L-taurine, and a scientifically synergistic combination of caffeine and L-theanine.* When you want an energy boost, make the smart choice and grab your GO-2!

GO-2 is manufactured in facilities that are certified cGMP-compliant by both the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Natural Products Association (NPA) — the highest certification attainable in the industry. We take these additional steps to ensure clients receive a pure, unadulterated, and accurately labeled product.
The food and supplement industry often uses artificial (synthetic) food dyes (colors) to make their products more visually appealing. However, mounting scientific evidence suggests a strong association between the ingestion of artificial food dyes and psychological impairments in children and adults. In addition, artificial food dyes contain impurities, many of which are known or suspected cancer-causing carcinogens. These dyes include FD&C Blue #1, Blue #2, Green #3, Red #3, Red #40, Yellow #5, and Yellow #6.
In addition, many companies use problematic artificial sweeteners to improve the taste of their products. One of the most common artificial sweeteners in the food and beverage industry is sucralose. This synthetic organochlorine sweetener has been shown in clinical studies to alter the microbial composition in the gastrointestinal tract, reducing beneficial bacteria. Sucralose has also been shown to negatively alter glucose and insulin levels. In contrast, GO-2 is sweetened with stevia leaf extract, a natural extract that is up to 150 times the sweetness of sugar.
GO-2 is proudly formulated with all-natural colors, flavors, and sweeteners.
To reduce the potential for jitters, we included L-theanine, an amino acid known for its calming effects on the mind and body (without the drowsiness).* L-theanine has been found to have a synergistic effect when combined with caffeine, promoting a state of relaxed alertness without the jitters often associated with caffeine consumption alone.*
Research examining the ingestion of artificial (synthetic) food dyes (colors) is troubling. Originally made from coal tar, artificial food dyes today are made from petroleum. Artificial food dye genotoxicity (the degree to which something causes damage to or mutation of DNA) studies are significantly more negative than positive. Artificial food dyes are not pure; they can contain upwards of 10% impurities, many of which are known or suspected cancer-causing carcinogens. On January 15, 2025, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that it was revoking the authorization for the use of the artificial food dye FD&C Red No. 3 due to studies that showed cancer in laboratory male rats exposed to the dye. In addition, mounting scientific evidence suggests that consuming artificial food dyes may cause psychological impairments in children and adults. In 2004, a meta-analysis concluded that there was a cause-and-effect relationship between artificial food dyes and hyperactivity. Two studies sponsored by the British government concluded that artificial food dyes were a factor in the impaired behavior of even non-hyperactive people.
Absolutely! People often consume coffee or energy drinks for the stimulating effects of the caffeine. Based on data published by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), we believe GO-2 hits the "sweet spot" at 200 mg of caffeine per serving. However, that is not the whole picture; GO-2 is fortified with a full-spectrum vitamin B-complex blend, L-taurine, and L-theanine. Plus, unlike most energy drinks, GO-2 is naturally colored, flavored, and sweetened.
As an energy supplement, mix 1 serving of GO-2 with approximately 10 fl. oz. of cold water. Start with a 1/2 serving or less to assess your tolerance to caffeine.
Pre-Training: Mix 1 to 2 servings of GO-2 with approximately 10-20 fl. oz. of cold water 30-minutes before your training session or athletic event. Start with a 1/2 serving or less to assess your tolerance to caffeine.
